Covered Facility definition

Covered Facility means a health facility or agency that is a nursing home, county medical care facility, hospice, hospital that provides swing bed services, home for the aged, or home health agency.
Covered Facility or "Covered Vessel" means any Facility or Vessel for which the benefits of MPA membership have been extended by an MPA Member.
Covered Facility means any build- ing, structure, or premises, including the grounds upon which such building, structure, or premise is located:

Examples of Covered Facility in a sentence

  • This includes outpatient treatment at a Covered Facility as well as visits to a Physician or other Participating Providers.

  • Outpatient means treatment or services that are provided when the Covered Person is not confined as a bed patient in a Covered Facility.

  • A representative may be the Physician, the Covered Facility, or the Insured’s authorized representative (e.g., family member).

  • The name of the Covered Facility where the Insured will be admitted, if applicable;4.

Covered Facility means any hospital, skilled nursing facility, kidney disease treatment
