No access following the Closing by Buyer or any of its Affiliates (including the Company) to any Covered Communication shall waive or otherwise alter the rights of Seller or any Designated Person with respect to any Covered Communication.
From and after the Closing, neither Purchaser nor the Company shall, and each shall cause its Affiliates not to, use any Covered Communication or the contents thereof in connection with any dispute with a Designated Person.
