Covered Client definition
Covered Client means the client of a Fund member, who is covered by the Fund for claims against the Fund member, arising from the covered services which are provided by the said Fund member;
Covered Client means: (i) any of the Parent’s, Buyer’s or Seller’s clients or Prospective Clients.
Covered Client means a customer (person or entity) of the Company, including any lawyer, law firm, or other intermediary, and the ultimate client of such lawyer, law firm or intermediary (e.g., the entity that retained a law firm that then retained the Executive's services), that Executive had business-related contact with or access to Confidential Information about during the last two (2) years of the Term.

More Definitions of Covered Client
Covered Client means (i) any business partner, client or customer of the Corporation or a Subsidiary with whom Employee (or someone under Employee’s management) had contact (or learned Confidential Information about) (whether in person, by phone, by e-mail, or otherwise) as an employee of the Corporation or a Subsidiary during the last twelve (12) months of Employee’s employment (or, if applicable, as of the time prior thereto when Employee seeks to engage in any activity prohibited by this Agreement); and (ii) any of the Corporation’s clients or Prospective Clients about whom Employee had any Confidential Information during the last twelve (12) months of Employee’s employment (or, if applicable, as of the time prior thereto when Employee seeks to engage in any activity prohibited by this Agreement).
Covered Client means any client or prospective client of the Firm or BGH (i) to whom I provided services in the one year period immediately prior to the end of the Asia Service Period, or (ii) for whom I transacted business in the one year period immediately prior to the end of the Asia Service Period, or (iii) whose identity became known to me in connection with my relationship with or employment by the Firm or BGH in the one year period immediately prior to the end of the Asia Service Period and with respect to whom I had access to confidential information.
