Covered high risk home," "predatory" or similar loan under any other applicable state, federal or local law (or a similarly classified loan using different terminology under a law imposing heightened regulatory scrutiny or additional legal liability for residential mortgage loans having high interest rates, points and/or fees) or (c) categorized as High Cost pursuant to Appendix E of Standard & Poor's Glossary. For avoidance of doubt, the parties agree that this definition shall apply to any law regardless of whether such law is presently, or in the future becomes, the subject of judicial review or litigation.

More Definitions of Covered

Covered or “Covering” shall have correlative meanings.
Covered means, with respect to a product, composition, technology, process or method that, in the absence of ownership of or a license granted under a Valid Claim, the Manufacture, use, offer for sale, sale or importation of such product or composition, or the practice of such technology, process or method, would infringe such Valid Claim (or, in the case of a Valid Claim that has not yet issued, would infringe such Valid Claim if it were to issue).
Covered transaction”, “debarred”, “suspended”, “ineligible”, “lower tier covered transaction”, “participant”, “person”, “primary covered transaction”, “principal”, “proposal”, and “voluntarily excluded”, as used in this clause, have the meanings set out in the Definitions and Coverage sections of rules implementing Executive Order 12549.
