An Insured Dependent’s coverage under the Policy begins on the latest of: (1) the date the Insured’s coverage under the Policy begins; (2) the date the person becomes a member of any eligible class of persons as described in the Classification of Eligible Persons section of the Declarations section of this Policy; or (3) the Coverage Effective Date described in the Declarations section of this Policy.
Subject to all the Reinsurance Specifications set forth in Schedule A, the CEDING COMPANY shall reinsure with the REINSURER Policies (including riders, if any) of life insurance written directly by the CEDING COMPANY on and after the Coverage Effective Date.
If the applicable premium is an annual premium, the Premium Payable File will be delivered by the Insured to the Company by the last Business Day of the month following the anniversary of the applicable Coverage Effective Date.
Any extension granted pursuant to this Section 5.2 shall not change the Coverage Effective Date for the applicable Coverage Agreement or the term of this Agreement and any renewals thereof.
