Court Date means a date on which the proceeding is listed for case management.

Court Date means the first day of the hearing by the Court of the representation to sanction the Scheme (and to grant the Court Order), with such hearing being the Second Court Hearing. Senior Lenders means the lenders under the Syndicated Facilities Agreement from time to time.
