Courseware definition

Courseware means instructional material developed for each course or curriculum, including lesson plans, flight event descriptions, computer software programmes, audio-visual programmes, workbooks and handouts;
Courseware means educational material in the form of software programs/applications and data (usually digital and/or packaged for use with a computer) and intended for classroom instruction (in class or remotely) or for a self- learning or faculty/coach assisted program.
Courseware means training modules, games, posters, artwork, videos, newsletters, security documents, or other content and materials provided by KnowBe4. “Direct Message Injection (DMI)” means a KnowBe4 product and add-on, specific to Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) that automatically bypasses Microsoft 365’s protections to allow simulated phishing emails to reach the end user. Use of DMI by Customer is optional; in order to activate DMI, Customer must provide separate and specific permissions and authorizations in accordance with the Documentation. Customer has the ability to revoke any such access required to use DMI at any time. DMI is only applicable to Customers using Microsoft 365 for email.

Examples of Courseware in a sentence

  • Company shall deliver the Software, Cloud Services and Courseware electronically upon Customer's submission of a Purchase Order to Company.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Number of Units of Education Services and/or Courseware as stated in an Order in accordance with the Business Unit Terms and Documentation solely for internal business purposes.

More Definitions of Courseware

Courseware means textbooks, instructional websites, software, or other instructional materials, created in either hardcopy, electronic or any other format by a RRU Member. Courseware may also include unique or newly created or amended technical processes, tools, or systems that are required to effectively deliver a RRU course or program, either through a website or through other electronic means. Courseware does not include the Substance of a Lecture (see Section B.3.16).
