To confirm that at the time of the execution of this MOU, the ASSOCIATION may have existing fundraising activities underway and/or planned, as have been approved by the ASSOCIATION’S Board, and that the ASSOCIATION will continue to honor those fundraising activities and plans with the concurrence of the UCCE San Diego County director.
