County Agreement definition

County Agreement means that certain Property Tax Increment Revenue Agreement by and between the County and the Authority dated as of July 2, 2019, as the same may be amended from time to time.
County Agreement means an agreement, or any amendment to the agreement, between 1 or more municipalities located in whole or in part in the same county and the county clerk of that county authorizing the county clerk of the county to conduct early voting for each municipality that is a party to the agreement, with the assistance of, and in consultation with, the clerk of each municipality that is a party to the agreement.
