County Agent definition
County Agent means any elected and appointed officials; directors; board members; council members; commissioners; employees; and volunteers of the County; whether acting in their personal, representative, or official capacities. “County Agent” shall also include any person who was a “County Agent” anytime during the term of this Contract but, for any reason, is no longer employed, appointed, or elected and in that capacity.

County Agent complaints, grievances, appeals, or other disputes regarding any issues arising under this Contract shall be resolved through such system.
Pursuant to Public Act 317 and 318 of 1968, as amended (MCL 15.321, et seq.), no contracts shall be entered into between the County, including all agencies and departments thereof, and any County Agent.
Contractor shall be responsible for any unexpected and/or unnecessary damage to any County property, its premises, or a County Agent that is caused by Contractor or Contractor’s Employees.
