The costs and expenditures shall be recorded as required for the settlement of accounts between the Parties hereto in connection with the rights and obligations under this Agreement and for purposes of complying with the tax laws of the Country of Operations and of such other countries to which any of the Parties may be subject.
Any costs associated with Country of Operations benefit plans which are not currently funded shall be accrued and not be paid by Non-Operators, unless otherwise approved by the Operating Committee, until the same are due and payable to the employee, upon withdrawal of a Party pursuant to the Agreement and then only by the withdrawing Party, or upon termination of the Agreement, whichever occurs first.
Operator's employees participating in Country of Operations benefit plans may be charged at a percentage rate to reflect payments or accruals made by Operator applicable to such employees.
Such accruals for Country of Operations benefit plans shall not be paid by Non-Operators, unless otherwise approved by the Operating Committee, until the same are due and payable to the employee, upon withdrawal of a Party pursuant to the Agreement, or upon termination of the Agreement, whichever occurs first.
