COTS License means a license or service agreement providing rights to use and/or access commercially available software products under standard end-user object code licenses, shrink-wrap, or click-wrap agreements.

COTS License means any Contract under which any of the Sellers receives a license to use unmodified commercially-available Software or obtains any services related thereto (including maintenance, hosting or consulting service).

COTS License means computer software programs licensed to the Company on generally commercially available terms for less than $20,000.

COTS License means licenses for unmodified commercially available, “off-the-shelf” software that is provided in object code format only and which has a replacement cost and/or aggregate annual license and maintenance fees of less than $25,000.
