The Job Cost Reports shall also reflect all Contract cost codes, change orders, elements of non-conforming work, back charges, and additional services.
Specifically, Job Cost Reports shall contain, but are not limited by or to, the following information: a description of the work performed or to be performed on the Project; quantity, if applicable, of work performed (hours, square feet, cubic yards, pounds, etc.) for the Project; Project budget; costs for the Project to date; estimated costs to complete the Project; and expected costs at completion.
Developer shall maintain, and District shall have the right to inspect, Developer’s financial records for the Project, including, without limitation, Job Cost Reports for the Project in compliance with the criteria set forth herein.
