Cost Centers definition
Cost Centers means collectively the following cost centers, as illustrated on Exhibit D and as the same may hereafter be amended from time to time. Such Airport Cost Centers shall be used for purposes of accounting for Airport Revenues and Airport Expenses and for calculating and adjusting certain rentals, fees and charges as specified in this Agreement:
Cost Centers means the direct and indirect cost areas to be used in the accounting and assignment of Revenues, Operation and Maintenance Expenses, Annual Debt Service, Amortization Charges, and other deposits or reserves required by the Indenture as further defined in “Exhibit B”.
Cost Centers means those areas or functional activities of the Airport System used for the purposes of accounting for O&M Expenditures and Investment Service.
Examples of Cost Centers in a sentence
On or before October 15 of each Fiscal Year, and at other times prior to the AUTHORITY undertaking capital improvements with a cost in excess of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) and allocated to the Airfield or Terminal Cost Centers, AUTHORITY shall provide a briefing to the Signatory Airlines regarding its capital improvement plans.

Cost Centers means the areas (and functional activities associated with such areas) used in accounting for the purposes of calculating Rents, Fees, and Charges, as such areas now exist as shown on Exhibit A, or may hereafter be modified or expanded, and as more particularly described below:
Cost Centers means the cost areas to be used in the Cost Accounting System as set forth in the Use and Lease Agreements, or, if none of the Use and Lease Agreements is in effect, then as determined by the City from time to time. Such Cost Centers shall initially consist of the Airport Area Cost Center, the Terminal Area Cost Center, the Ramp Area Cost Center, the Other Buildings and Areas Cost Center, the Northeast Philadelphia Airport Cost Center, the Outside Terminal Area Cost Center and the Airport Services Cost Center, all as defined in the Use and Lease Agreements.
Cost Centers means the areas (and functional activities associated with such areas) used in accounting for the amortization, the depreciation, the debt service and the Operation and Maintenance Expenses of the Airport for the purposes of calculating rents, fees, and charges, as shown on Exhibit C as may hereafter be modified or expanded, and as more particularly described below:
Cost Centers means the South Terminal Cost Center, the North Terminal Cost Center and the Airport Cost Center, which shall be certain areas of the Airport grouped together for the purpose of accounting for Revenues, O&M Expenses and Bond Debt Service. Each such area is a Cost Center.
Cost Centers means those areas or functional activities at the Airport established by the Lessor for accounting for revenues, expenses, and capital charges as identified in Section 5.02 of this Agreement.
Cost Centers means the cost centers representing the areas and facilities operated by AUTHORITY, and as such cost centers may be modified, changed, or developed by AUTHORITY to be used in accounting for items including, but not limited to Revenues, Operation and Maintenance Expenses, Debt Service, Coverage Requirement, Operation and Maintenance Reserve Requirement, and Amortization and for calculating and adjusting the Rental and Fee Rates. Cost Centers shall collectively include the Airfield Cost Center, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Cost Center, Other Aviation Buildings and Areas Cost Center, Landside Cost Center, and Terminal Cost Center. Coverage Requirement shall mean, for any Fiscal Year, the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of Debt Service, for all series of Bonds plus such other amount as may be established by any financing agreement. If, in any given Fiscal Year, the Authority Net Revenue Sharing is insufficient to meet both the Coverage Requirement and Operation and Maintenance Reserve Requirement for that Fiscal Year, any shortfall shall be included in the Airfield Requirement under Section 5.5(a)(v). Debt Service shall mean the required amounts to be deposited within the principal and interest accounts related to Bonds during any period for the payment, when due, of principal of, interest on, and other fees and amounts associated with such debt. Director shall mean the Director of Airports, who is the person designated by the AUTHORITY to exercise functions with respect to the rights and obligations of the AUTHORITY under this Agreement, and shall include any person expressly delegated by the Director of Airports to exercise functions with respect to the rights and obligations of the Director of Airports under this Agreement.
Cost Centers means the cost centers used by the AUTHORITY in allocating and accounting for revenues, expenses, and other elements of the Authority Requirement as described in Exhibit A.
