Corrective Work definition

Corrective Work has the meaning set forth in Section 12.3.
Corrective Work means all activities of removal, response, investigation, testing, analysis, remediation (including, but not limited to disposal of Hazardous Substances) taken pursuant to Environmental Requirements (i) to prevent, xxxxx, or correct a Release or threatened Release of Hazardous Substances at, about, affecting, or affected by the Project or the Project Site or (ii) to comply with any and all Environmental Requirements applicable to the Project or the Project Site or areas at, about, affecting, or affected by the Project or the Project Site.
Corrective Work means the removal, relocation, elimination, remediation, encapsulation or any other treatment of Hazardous Substances of or from all or any portion of (i) the Property or any other property owned and/or leased by Borrower (necessary to maintain or bring the Property into compliance with environmental laws) and (ii) surrounding areas of the Property and or any other property owned and/or leased by Borrower (necessary to maintain or bring the Property into compliance with environmental laws) and, to the extent thereby required, the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Property or any other property owned and/or leased by Borrower performed by any person or entity, including, without limitation, Borrower, any other Indemnitor, Lender, any Indemnified Party, any of their respective agents, contractors, subcontractors, employees and any governmental entity for any reason, including, without limitation, pursuant to any Environmental Laws.‌

Examples of Corrective Work in a sentence

  • The Corrective Work detailed is recommended to outline typical acceptable treatments for the various condition parameters.

  • The limits of the Corrective Work shall be approved by NCTA and may include areas that are immediately adjacent to the pavement defect; however, not currently demonstrating defects or the condition parameters detailed above.

More Definitions of Corrective Work

Corrective Work. The removal, relocation, elimination, remediation or encapsulation of Hazardous Materials from all or any portion of the Property and (to the extent provided in Subparagraph 2(b) hereof) surrounding areas and, to the extent thereby required, the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Property pursuant to, and in compliance with, Governmental Requirements;
