Corrective Action Plan (CAP) definition

Corrective Action Plan (CAP) means a written improvement plan describing activities and timelines, with persons responsible for implementation, developed to correct identified areas of non-compliance, including directives from the KDE, specifying actions to be taken to fulfill a legal obligation.
