Corporate Resolution definition

Corporate Resolution means each of:
Corporate Resolution means a certified copy of the appropriate corporate resolution of the Purchaser approving and authorizing the execution of this Agreement by the Purchaser and the due observance by the Purchaser of all of the Purchaser’s covenants and obligations contained herein.
Corporate Resolution means each Board Resolution and each Shareholder Resolution.

Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank. Guaranty: Guaranty Agreement(s) duly executed by the Guarantor(s). Additional Documents: Receipt by the Bank of other approvals, opinions, or documents as the Bank may reasonably request.
