Corporate Resolution definition

Corporate Resolution means each of:
Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank.
Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank. Guaranty: Guaranty Agreement(s) duly executed by the Guarantor(s). Additional Documents: Receipt by the Bank of other approvals, opinions, or documents as the Bank may reasonably request.

Examples of Corporate Resolution in a sentence

  • Bids by Corporations must be executed in the corporate name by the President, Vice President, or other officer accompanied by evidence of authority to sign and the corporate seal must be affixed and attested by the Secretary on the Corporate Resolution form.

  • This would be documentation from corporate organizational papers, which are updated, showing the authority to bind the corporation, or a Corporate Resolution showing the same, or an OperatingAgreement or Resolution for an LLC.
