Core Products means those Additional Products and Additional Services designated as "Core Products" on Exhibit D to this License Agreement, as amended from time to time.

Core Products means those products from third-party suppliers with whom VWR has an established supply chain agreement generally covering delivery terms, warranty, pricing, and stocking. These products are generally available on VWR’s websites or in VWR catalogs, and may include customer-specific products and spot-buys from customers of Core Products within a given product line that are therefore subject to the established supply chain agreement with the supplier of Core Products as referenced above; and

To the extent that Licensee's business is dependent upon one or more agreements with a provider of Primary Services, Core Products, Additional Services or Additional Products for which Licensee acts as a reseller, "Permits" shall include such contractual relationship and the license granted hereunder shall be dependent upon the continuation thereof in good standing.
With respect to the existing Core Products of nationwide call delivery and nationwide roaming as further described in Exhibit D, Licensor shall also be entitled to terminate this License Agreement pursuant to Section XI.D. if, within six (6) months from the Effective Date, such Core Products are not being offered by Licensee under the specified Marks on a good faith, nondiscriminatory, commercial basis in substantially all of the Licensed Territory.
Except to the extent permitted as Incidental Use, Licensee shall use the Marks only in connection with providing Primary Services, Core Products, Additional Services and Additional Products in the Licensed Territory, in accordance with the Quality Standards and as otherwise set forth in this License Agreement.
Licensee represents and warrants that it possesses all Permits necessary to the conduct of its business and to the business of providing the Primary Services, Core Products, Additional Services and Additional Products within the Licensed Territory, including, if applicable, any Permits necessary to permit it to act as a reseller of services provided by others.
At Licensor's request, Licensee shall promptly provide Licensor with a copy of Licensee's most recent financial statements for the most recently completed fiscal year and any subsequent interim periods, including reports of auditors, if any, and supporting schedules, relating to Licensee's business of providing Primary Services, Core Products, Additional Services or Additional Products using the Marks.

More Definitions of Core Products

Core Products means the high usage Products commonly used by OECM Clients;

Core Products means automotive (including electric vehicles) Lubricant Products, coolants, antifreeze and Valvoline Professional Series chemical products and other service chemicals, in each case, produced or sold by or on behalf of SUPPLIER under any “Valvoline” or “V” trademark, as set forth in Exhibit A.

Core Products means Current and Successor Optical Media Products, Current and Successor Magnetic Tape Products and Current and Successor Flash Memory Products.

Core Products means products listed on the PLCH website.

Core Products shall have the meaning given such term in Section 7.4.

Core Products means U.S. Treasury, Agency and Agency mortgage-backed securities, and repurchase agreements and reverse repurchase agreements thereon.

Core Products means the products as listed in Exhibit D.
