Core Principles definition

Core Principles means the Core Principles for Effective Banking Supervision issued by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, the Objectives and Principles for Securities Regulation issued by the International Organisation of Securities Commissions, and the Insurance Core Principles issued by the International Association of Insurance Supervisors;
Core Principles means the principles listed in Section 1.c of this Ordinance.
Core Principles means the core principles described in schedule 1 of the Iron Ore JV Framework Agreement.

More Definitions of Core Principles

Core Principles means those principles set forth in Article III;
Core Principles refers to the Core Principles for Effective Banking Supervision issued by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, the Objectives and Principles for Securities Regulation issued by the International Organisation of Securities Commissions, or the Insurance Core Principles issued by the International Association of Insurance Supervisors.
Core Principles means the principles stated under Chapter VII of Title I of the Panel Code;
Core Principles means the principles of the College set out in sub-clause 2(b).
Core Principles shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1.4(e) hereof.
Core Principles means the principles described in clause 1.3.
