Core Member definition

Core Member means the member who is a biological parent or step parent, or a child or adopted child of the Next Member, or who is a married couple or civil union of the Next Member, having priority to still enjoy full Privileges upon the end or termination of their kinship under Clause 2.7, or upon their divorce under Clause 2.8, as the case may be, and whose name is stated as a core member in the Application;

• A majority of the Directors duly appointed to the Board as of any meeting date shall constitute a quorum of the Board for the transaction of business as long as there is one Director from each Core Member present.

• Initial appointments to the Board by Core Members shall become effective on the Effective Date, or immediately after a public agency first becomes a Core Member of the Library JPA, whichever is later.

More Definitions of Core Member

Core Member means a Core scheme Member, as that term is defined in the rules of the North/South Pension Scheme, who pays contributions under that scheme at the rate agreed between the Minister, the Minister of Finance for Northern Ireland and the North/South Ministerial Council;

Core Member means a member of the applicant’s Immediate Family Member who has applied for and been approved by the Company to enjoy the benefits of the Privileges under the Elite Ultimate Privilege Membership;

Core Member means the applicant under the Application (i) whose Membership has been approved by the Company, and (ii) who is a biological parent or step parent, or a child or adopted child of the Next Member, or who is a married couple or civil union partners of the Next Member within the meaning of an Immediate Family Member;;

Core Member or “Core Members” and “Non-Voting Member” or “Non-Voting Members” may sometimes be referred to collectively as “Members”).

Core Member. Defined. For the purposes of this Amended Agreement and after its Effective Date, the term “Core Member” shall refer to the County of Nevada, the Town of Truckee, and any public agency which: (1) is eligible to join the Library JPA as a Member pursuant to the provisions of the JPA Agreement; (2) has signed the JPA Agreement and this Amended Agreement as a party; (3) has satisfied all other requirements to become a Member set forth herein; and (4) has been approved to join by the Core Members.

Core Member means a person who has agreed to become a member of Linaro, whose name is registered in Linaro's register of members and whose membership has not been terminated (and, for the avoidance of doubt, (i) in these articles "Core Member" and "member" shall have the same meaning and (ii) a Club Member and a Community Member shall not be a "member" of Linaro for the purpose of these articles);

Core Member means all Participants of the Alliance who so qualify in accordance with the provisions of Section 14 and Section 16.3.
