Core Documents definition

Core Documents means annual financial statements, interim financial statements, MD&A, annual information form, prospectuses, take-over bid circulars, issuer bid circulars, directors’ circulars, rights offering circulars, information circular, and business acquisition reports.
Core Documents means prospectuses, take-over bid circulars, issuer bid circulars, directors' circulars, rights offering circulars, management's discussion and analysis, annual information forms, information circulars, annual financial statements, interim financial statements, technical reports and material change reports.

Examples of Core Documents in a sentence

  • All personnel who are requested to have direct input into the preparation of Core Documents will be provided with instructions and such other additional information as they may require to ensure that they are familiar with the Company’s obligations, the importance of compliant and accurate disclosure and the reliance which is being placed upon them.

  • Where it considers it necessary or advisable, the Disclosure Committee will have portions of Core Documents reviewed by another knowledgeable person.

  • Core Documents, other than material change reports, must be provided to the Directors sufficiently in advance of the time they are to be filed or released to allow the Directors to review and comment on such documents.
