Core Documents definition

Core Documents means prospectuses, take-over bid circulars, issuer bid circulars, directors' circulars, rights offering circulars, management's discussion and analysis, annual information forms, information circulars, annual financial statements, interim financial statements, and material change reports;
Core Documents means annual financial statements, interim financial statements, MD&A, annual information form, prospectuses, take-over bid circulars, issuer bid circulars, directors’ circulars, rights offering circulars, information circular, and business acquisition reports.
Core Documents means the Loan Documents, the Technical Services Agreement, the Evaluation Agreement, the City PFS Agreement and the Intergovernmental Agreement.

Examples of Core Documents in a sentence

  • Borrower will apply all resources that are available to it to enforce the provisions of the Core Documents.

  • Without the consent of Senior Lenders, Subordinate Lender, the City and CPS, Borrower will not amend or modify the Core Documents.

  • Borrower will cause the Core Documents to remain in full force and effect with no default on the part of Borrower thereunder.

  • Such other documents as may be designated by resolution of the Board as Core Documents for the purposes of this Agreement, with full membership consultation, through regional meetings and annual gatherings as appropriate, where the addition would make a material difference to the terms of this agreement.
