Borrower will apply all resources that are available to it to enforce the provisions of the Core Documents.
Without the consent of Senior Lenders, Subordinate Lender, the City and CPS, Borrower will not amend or modify the Core Documents.
Borrower will cause the Core Documents to remain in full force and effect with no default on the part of Borrower thereunder.
