COR Laws definition

COR Laws means laws relating to fatigue management, speed and mass, dimension and load compliance requirements generally referred to as “Chain of Responsibility” laws or “Heavy Vehicle” laws;
COR Laws means Laws relating to fatigue management, speed and mass, dimension and load restraint compliance requirements generally referred to as ‘Chain of Responsibility’ laws or ‘Heavy Vehicle’ laws.

More Definitions of COR Laws

COR Laws means any section of the Heavy Vehicle Law under which the Contractor is "a party in the chain of responsibility" (within the meaning given to that term under the Heavy Vehicle Law);
COR Laws means any laws in relation to safety concerning the carriage of goods by road, including as to mass, dimension, load restraint, speed, fatigue and vehicle standards, roadworthiness and maintenance and including the HVNL;
COR Laws means laws relating to fatigue management, speed and mass, dimension and load restraint compliance requirements generally referred to as “Chain of Responsibility” laws or “Heavy Vehicle” laws; ‘COR Systems’ means policies, procedures, standards, training and systems designed to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, compliance in COR Laws;
COR Laws means any laws in relation to safety concerning the carriage of goods by road, including as to mass, dimension, load restraint, speed, fatigue and vehicle standards, roadworthiness and maintenance and including the HVNL.
COR Laws means any laws, in any jurisdiction in connection with the Agreements, in relation to safety concerning the carriage of goods by road, including as to mass, dimension, load restraint, speed, fatigue and vehicle standards, roadworthiness and maintenance and including, without limitation, the HVNL.

  • Law" or "Laws means any federal, state or local government law, rules or regulations applicable to the Project.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.

  • Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;

  • EU Data Protection Laws means EU Directive 95/46/EC, as transposed into domestic legislation of each Member State and as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, including by the GDPR and laws implementing or supplementing the GDPR;

  • Federal Cannabis Laws means any U.S. federal laws, civil, criminal or otherwise, as such relate, either directly or indirectly, to the cultivation, harvesting, production, distribution, sale and possession of cannabis, marijuana or related substances or products containing or relating to the same, including, without limitation, the prohibition on drug trafficking under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a), et seq., the conspiracy statute under 18 U.S.C. § 846, the bar against aiding and abetting the conduct of an offense under 18 U.S.C. § 2, the bar against misprision of a felony (concealing another’s felonious conduct) under 18 U.S.C. § 4, the bar against being an accessory after the fact to criminal conduct under 18 U.S.C. § 3, and federal money laundering statutes under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956, 1957, and 1960 and the regulations and rules promulgated under any of the foregoing.

  • Export Control Laws means all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including (a) the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, (b) trade and economic sanctions maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, and (c) the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) maintained by the U.S. Department of State.

  • Economic Sanctions Laws means those laws, executive orders, enabling legislation or regulations administered and enforced by the United States pursuant to which economic sanctions have been imposed on any Person, entity, organization, country or regime, including the Trading with the Enemy Act, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the Iran Sanctions Act, the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act and any other OFAC Sanctions Program.

  • Applicable Data Protection Laws means all national, international and local laws, regulations and rules by any government, agency or authority relating to data protection and privacy which are applicable to CPA Global or the Customer, including but not limited to The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), (GDPR);

  • Anti-Bribery Laws means the anti-bribery provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, and all other applicable anti-corruption and bribery Laws (including the U.K. Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, and any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder or other Laws of other countries implementing the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Officials).

  • European Data Protection Laws means the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and data protection laws of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and their member states and the FADP.

  • Tax Laws means the Code, federal, state, county, local or foreign laws relating to Taxes and any regulations or official administrative pronouncements released thereunder.
