Copyrighted Works definition

Copyrighted Works means literary, scientific and art works, including academic publications, scholarly books, articles, lectures, musical compositions, films, presentations and other materials or works other than software, which qualify for protection under the copyright law.
Copyrighted Works means all works of authorship that are fixed in a tangible medium, including software, documentation, semiconductor topography and mask works.
Copyrighted Works has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

More Definitions of Copyrighted Works

Copyrighted Works means original works of authorship, including, without limitation, computer programs (in source code, object code or other form), notes, sketches, drawings and reports.
