Copyleft Materials definition

Copyleft Materials means any software or other Intellectual Property subject to a Copyleft License.
Copyleft Materials means materials subject to any license that requires as a condition of use, modification, or distri- bution thereof, that such materials, or materials combined or distributed with such materials, be (A) disclosed or distributed in source code or similar form, (B) licensed for the purpose of making derivative works, or (C) redistributable at no charge. The term includes materials subject to the GNU General Public License, the GNU Lesser General Public License, a Mozilla Public License, or similar licenses.
Copyleft Materials means materials subject to any license that, as a condition of distribution: (i) requires the distribution of complete corresponding source code to any recipient of the materials; or (ii) requires that any distributed derivative work of the Open Source materials be subject to the same Open Source license.

  • Copyleft Materials means any software or other technology subject to a Copyleft License.

Copyleft Materials means any Works of Authorship subject to a Copyleft License. “Copyrights” means copyrights and all other rights with respect to Works of Authorship and all registrations thereof and applications therefor (including moral and economic rights, however denominated).
