Conveyancing Documents definition

Conveyancing Documents means the Cyprus #9 Deed, Xxxxxx #9 Sublease, Cyprus Creek & Xxxxxx #9 Lease and Sublease, Cyprus Creek #9 Lease, and Overriding Royalty Agreement, collectively and/or singularly in any manner.
Conveyancing Documents means the deeds (including special warranty deeds (or their local equivalent) and assignment and assumption of lease agreements and such other documents required to transfer the title of Seller or the applicable Selling Subsidiaries, as the case may be, in the Transferred Real Property, to be entered into by Seller and Buyer as of the Closing Date in such form and upon such terms and conditions as shall be mutually agreed upon by Seller and Buyer.
Conveyancing Documents means (i) the Assignment and Bill of Sale, substantiaxxx in the form attached to the A&D Agreement in all material respects, and (ii) the other documents and instruments to executed and delivered at the Closing in connection with the sale, assignment and transfer of the Properties and related obliga tions, substantially in the form previously furnished to the Limited Partners and its counsel in all material respects.
