By their delivery of an executed copy of this Agreement to the Convertible Notes Trustee, the Supporting Unsecured Noteholders (who hold at least 25% in principal amount of the outstanding Convertible Notes) hereby direct the Convertible Notes Trustee to forbear from taking any of the actions specified in clauses (a) and (b) of the first sentence of this paragraph.
