Conversion Procedure; Settlement Upon Conversion Clause Samples
The "Conversion Procedure; Settlement Upon Conversion" clause outlines the steps and requirements for converting a security, such as a convertible note or preferred stock, into another form of equity, typically common stock. It details the process by which holders must notify the issuer of their intent to convert, the timeline for conversion, and the method by which the new shares are delivered or settled.
