Conversion Number definition

Conversion Number means the number, or formula for determining the number, of ordinary Shares into which a Converting Preference Share will convert upon conversion.
Conversion Number shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.11.

More Definitions of Conversion Number

Conversion Number means initially 134,772 and thereafter shall be subject to adjustment from time to time pursuant to the terms of Section 5 hereof.
