Subject to the other terms of this Section 4.04, if a Change of Control occurs after the Conversion Expiration Date, then each Holder will have the right (the “Change of Control Repurchase Right”) to require the Issuer to repurchase such Holder’s Notes (or any portion thereof in an Authorized Denomination) on the Change of Control Repurchase Date for such Change of Control for a cash purchase price equal to the Change of Control Repurchase Price.
