Conversion Expiration Date definition

Conversion Expiration Date means the date selected by the Sponsor not less than 30 days nor more than 60 days after the date on which the Sponsor issues a press release announcing its intention to terminate the conversion rights of the Holders.
Conversion Expiration Date means the close of business on the Business Day prior to the maturity date of the Subordinated Debentures, or in the case of Trust Preferred Securities called for redemption, the close of business on the Business Day prior to the Debenture Redemption Date.
Conversion Expiration Date means September 29, 2027.
