Conversion Award definition

Conversion Award means an Award granted under Section 6(j) hereof in substitution for a similar award as a result of certain business transactions.

Conversion Award means an Award issued by the Company in assumption of, or in substitution or exchange for, awards previously granted by an entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.
