Controversy definition

Controversy is defined in Section 11.9.
Controversy means a state of prolonged public dispute or debate.
Controversy means a dispute or disagreement between attorneys relative to questions of representation of clients, questions arising when law firms or other legal associations between attorneys are dissolved or otherwise terminated, or other economic disputes between attorneys.
