Controlling Members definition

Controlling Members means the Members who Control the Company.
Controlling Members means each Original Member and each other Member designated as a “Controlling Member” by the Board in accordance with Section 7.9. Only the Controlling Members shall have the right to appoint Directors under the terms hereof.
Controlling Members shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 11.08.

More Definitions of Controlling Members

Controlling Members means the Members who Control the Company. “Deemed Transfer” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(c) of this Agreement.
