Controlling Documents means the operating agreement of limited liability company or the by-laws of a business corporation or nonprofit corporation.

Controlling Documents shall collectively mean the Global Settlement, the Plan, the Confirmation Order, and this Agreement. Any inconsistency between the Controlling Documents shall be resolved pursuant to Section 14.10.
