controlled goods definition
controlled goods in this definition means the items that are controlled goods as identified in the Schedule to the Defence Production Act and governed by the Controlled Goods Regulations. For clarity, references to statutes Include any regulations, orders, directives and designations thereunder;
controlled goods means goods the price or disposal of which is regulated under any law for the time being in force.
