Controllable definition

Controllable means a delay, cancellation or diversion which is considered to be within the control of the Carrier.
Controllable means within the reasonable control of Landlord and not determined by a third party. For example, utility rates, insurance premiums, mandated minimum wages and tax rates or assessments are not controllable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following items shall be excluded from the definition of Operating Costs:

Examples of Controllable in a sentence

  • A Transmission Interconnection Customer interconnecting Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/ or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a power factor at the Point of Interconnection of at least 0.95 leading and 0.95 lagging, when the Customer Facility is operating at any level within its approved operating range.

  • Capacity Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility and/or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities that connects the Transmission System to another control area.

  • The Operator shall maintain detailed records of Controllable Material.

  • The provisions of this paragraph shall not prevent adjustments resulting from a physical inventory of Controllable Material as provided for in Section V.

  • A Transmission Project Developer interconnecting Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/or Controllable A.C. More Definitions of Controllable

Controllable means, when used in reference to an irregular operation including Flight delays, cancellations or diversions, a factor considered to be within the Carrier’s control.
Controllable means factors other than those that are beyond RAI's direct control, including, without limitation, weather, natural disasters, air traffic control, ground stops, taxi and parking delays, lightening strikes or bird strikes, delays caused by or requested by Frontier personnel, including aircraft ground damage.
