Control Notice definition

Control Notice means a written notice delivered by Agent pursuant to a “control” or other agreements instructing the depository bank to comply with instructions originated by Agent with respect to the Blocked Account that is covered thereby without further consent of Loan Parties.

Control Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).
