Contributing Participant definition

Contributing Participant. Means a Participant who laas enrolled as a Contributing Participant pursuant to Section 11.201 and on whose behalf the Employer is contributing Elective~Deferrals to the Plan (or is making Nondeductible Employee Contributions).

Contributing Participant. A Participant who has enrolled as a Contributing Participant under Section 11.02 and on whose behalf the Employer is contributing Elective Deferrals to the Plan.

Contributing Participant means a Participant for whom a Deferred Compensation Agreement, Deferred Compensation Election or Deferred Bonus Election is in effect in accordance with Sections 3.2 and 4.1 of the Plan.

Examples of Contributing Participant in a sentence

• A Participant who wishes to enroll as a Contributing Participant must complete, sign and file a salary reduction agreement (or agreement to make Nondeductible Employee Contributions) with the Plan Administrator.

• Upon the written request of a Contributing Participant, the Trustee may agree to allow such Contributing Participant to postpone the payment of any installment, or part thereof, up to, but not beyond, June 30 of the calendar year following the year in which such installment is due.

• Each Employee who satisfies the eligibility requirements specified in the Adoption Agreement may enroll as a Contributing Participant as of any subsequent Entry Date (or earlier if required by Section 2.03) specified in the Adoption Agreement for this purpose.

• A Contributing Participant may modify a salary reduction agreement to prospectively increase or decrease the amount of his or her Elective Deferrals as of such times established by the Plan Administrator in a uniform and nondiscriminatory manner.

• At the written request of a Contributing Participant experiencing exceptionally difficult budgetary circumstances, the Trustee may permit postponement of encashment for (i) up to two years in respect of a Contributing Participant that is also an eligible recipient under the GEF Trust Fund, and (ii) up to 45 days in respect of all other Contributing Participants.

More Definitions of Contributing Participant

Contributing Participant means any donor that has contributed financially to the PMR and that has entered into an administration agreement with the Bank.

Contributing Participant means a Participant who elects to make Before Tax Contributions to the Plan pursuant to Article 3 hereof.
