Until they are fully repaid, the Contributing Members shall be entitled to all Distributions to which the Delinquent Member would have been entitled.
Any distributions paid to a Contributing Member(s) pursuant to this Section 8.4(a) in respect of a Member Loan will, for tax allocation and all other purposes of this Agreement, be treated as if they had been distributed to the Non-Contributing Member, not the Contributing Member or Members.
