The Contractor’s Tender as submitted on <date of submission of tender> and any correspondence relating thereto between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor.
In the event of, and only to the extent of, any conflict between the clauses of the Contract, any document referred to in those clauses and the Schedules, the conflict shall be resolved, unless the Parties have agreed in writing to the contrary, in accordance with the following order of precedence: the Contract Letter; the Special Conditions; the Schedules; the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Contract; the Contractor’s Tender; and any other document referred to in the Contract Letter.
