The Contractor shall provide access to the federal or State Contractor agency, the Controller General of the United States, or any of their duly authorized federal or State representatives to any books, documents, papers, and records of the Contractor or vendor which are directly pertinent to this specific Agreement for the purpose of making an audit, examination, excerpts, and transcriptions.
