Contractor Material definition

Contractor Material means Material:
Contractor Material means any material created or supplied by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement (including all internal guidelines, manuals, scripts created by the Contractor to enable its officers, employees, Sub- Contractors or agents to supply the Services) and all documents (in whatever form and howsoever stored) detailing the Contractor’s business processes.
Contractor Material means any content, material, information, data, instructions, media, article, review, post, communications, messages, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sounds, and other material that a Contractor may import, upload or otherwise provide to the TekDash Platform or other Service in connection with that Contractor’s use of the Service but excludes Content and User Materials.

  • This Clause 7 does not affect the ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights in any GCPHN Material or Contractor Material.

  • The Contractor must inform the Consultant of any Contractor Material in which third parties hold the copyright and of any conditions attaching to the use of that material because of that copyright.

Contractor Material has the meaning set out in Article 14.2(b)(ii);
Contractor Material means any material in existence prior to the start of the Term or developed independently of this Agreement that is provided by the Contractor and used in the performance of the Services under this Agreement, but does not include any material incorporated in the Contributions;
