Contractor Data definition

Contractor Data shall refer to any and all data that is owned or created by Contractor as it relates to Contractor’s finances, business operations, intellectual property, human resources, or its Customer. The term “Customer Data” shall refer to any data belonging to Contractor’s Customer which would be classified in similar fashion to Contractor’s Data (e.g., customer finances, customer business operations, customer intellectual property, etc.). Contractor may be maintaining Customer data within Contractor’s infrastructure; however, this data is still to be defined as Customer Data. The termsPersonal Data”, “Contractor Data” and “Customer Data” are collectively referred to as “Data”.
Contractor Data means all Documents and/or Information that Contractor discloses, supplies, or provides to the City under, pursuant to, or in connection with this Agreement. “Contractor Data” includes the Software, the Object Code, and the Source Code.
Contractor Data means any Confidential Information or information or Documents that the Contractor or persons acting on the Contractor’s behalf provides, makes available to, or transmits to the City under this Agreement which is (1) information or non-City Data that Contractor possessed prior to the date of this Agreement, (2) information that Contractor develops independently without use of any of the information provided by the City, and (3) information Contractor rightfully receives from a third party free to make such disclosure without breach of any legal obligation.

Examples of Contractor Data in a sentence

  • If the Contractor fails to effect or keep in force any of the insurances referred to in the previous Sub-Clause, or fails to provide satisfactory evidence, policies or receipts, the Employer may, without prejudice to any other right or remedy, effect insurance for the cover relevant to such as a default and pay the premiums due and recover the same plus a sum in percentage given in Contractor Data from any other amounts due to the Contractor.

  • These steps shall include, at a minimum, complying with all of the data system security precautions listed in the Contractor Data Security Standards set forth in Attachment 1 to this Exhibit.

  • The contractor shall deliver data in accordance with and as specified in Section J, Exhibit A (Contractor Data Requirments List (CDRL)) and as cited in each individual task order.

  • Inform ABB Contractor without delay about suspicion of breaches of data security or other serious incidents or irregularities re- garding any ABB Contractor Data.

  • Apply appropriate safeguards, adequate to the type of ABB Con- tractor Data to be protected, against the unauthorised access or disclo- sure of ABB Contractor Data and protect such ABB Contractor Data in accordance with the generally accepted standards of protection in the related industry, or in the same manner and to the same degree that it protects its own confidential and proprietary information – whichever standard is higher.


More Definitions of Contractor Data

Contractor Data means all Documents and/or Information that Contractor discloses, supplies, or provides to the City under, pursuant to, or in connection with this Agreement.
Contractor Data means the data inputted by the Contractor, or otherwise on the Contractor’s behalf for the purpose of using the Services.
Contractor Data means all data and information submitted by Authorised Users to the Services and includes message text, files, comments and links, excluded Non-VTEX Products. Contractor Data does not include any Personal Data relating to Authorised Users received for the purposes of authorising access to the Services, or the representatives of the Contractor or Contractor Affiliates in connection with execution and administration of the Agreement or this DPA, which Personal Data VTEX processes as a controller.
Contractor Data means any of the data and/or databases and/or scores supplied by the Contractor to the Authority in connection with this Contract including any such data as the Authority may incorporate in its databases (but excluding the Authority’s Data).
Contractor Data means all Data forming a part of the Contractor Solution.
Contractor Data means all Documents and/or Information that the contractor discloses, supplies, or provides to the City under Pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement. “Contractor Data” includes the Software, the Object Code, and the Source Code.
Contractor Data means (i) personal data or information that does or could be used to identify a consumer, excluding information provided to Contractor by the SBA, (ii) credit data or data that is a consumer report as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as may be amended, (iii) data that has been furnished or otherwise provided by or on behalf of SBA to Contractor and is included in Contractor databases, and (iv) any other data or information related to consumers and/or businesses, in each case provided or made available by or on behalf of Contractor to SBA (including, without limitation, business credit data and marketing data); and (v) any copies or derivatives of such data or information, whether or not such data or information is or could be linked back to an individual consumer.
