Contract Summary definition

Contract Summary means a summary of the material terms and conditions of a Community Solar Generating Facility Subscriber contract on a form provided by the Council.
Contract Summary means a written summary of the material terms and conditions of service between an Electric Supplier and a Residential or Small Commercial Customer, or between a Community Energy Facility and a Subscriber. If the terms of the Contract Summary differ from the terms of the Contract, then the provision(s) most favorable to the Customer shall control.
Contract Summary means a summary of the material terms and conditions of a retail energy supply contract, on a form provided by the Commission.
