Contract Representative definition

Contract Representative means the person who is assigned by the contracting agency (the Company; forest company – licensee; or Recipient) to administer the contract on that agency's behalf.

More Definitions of Contract Representative

Contract Representative of a Party means the individual designated by that Party in Exhibit 4 responsible for ensuring effective communication, coordination and cooperation between the Parties.
