Contra Trade definition
Contra Trade. ’ means a trade or transaction which involves buying or selling any number of shares of the Company and within 6 months trading or transacting in an opposite transaction involving sell or buy following the prior transaction.”
Contra Trade. ’ means a trade or transaction which involves buying or selling any number of securities of the Company and within 6 months of such transaction, trading or transacting in an opposite transaction involving selling or buying.
Contra Trade means if a Designated Person enters into an opposite trade in the Securities of the Company during the period of six months following the prior trade in the Securities of the Company, such opposite trade will be considered as a Contra Trade. Provided that any trade pursuant to exercise of ESOPs and sale of shares so acquired under ESOPs shall not be considered as a Contra Trade.
