In all cases, severance pay provided by Purchaser and its Affiliates to any Continuing Business Employee shall not be less than what is required to be provided under applicable Law.
Each Business Employee who accepts such offer of employment and each Business Employee employed by the Acquired Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date is referred to herein as a "Continuing Business Employee."
