Contemplated Acquisition definition

Contemplated Acquisition means an acquisition of a Person or such Person’s business or its assets by a Group Company, including by means of a purchase, merger or similar business combination.
Contemplated Acquisition has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Contemplated Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower of one hundred percent (100%) of the outstanding shares of capital stock of Onstream Holdings Inc., a corporation constituted under the laws of Canada.

Contemplated Acquisition means the business combination, by the Act III Merger or otherwise, of Act III and the Company.
