Contagion Event definition

Contagion Event means the outbreak or continued presence of contagious disease, epidemic or pandemic (including SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, or any evolutions or mutations thereof, or any other viruses (including influenza)), and the governmental responses thereto.
Contagion Event means (a) the outbreak of a contagious disease, epidemic or pandemic (including COVID-19) or the continuation, escalation or material worsening thereof and (b) any changes in applicable Law or other directive, policy, guidance or recommendations by any Governmental Authority in response to the foregoing, in each case, whether in place currently or adopted or modified hereafter, including any quarantine, “shelter in place,” “stay at home,” workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure or sequester.
Contagion Event means the outbreak or continued presence of contagious disease, epidemic or pandemic (including SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, or any evolutions or mutations of thereof, or any other viruses (including influenza)), and the governmental responses thereto.
