Charges means our current standard tariffs and charges for the provision of Cooling Services, as displayed on our website and amended by us from time to time, and may include (without limitation): Meter Installation Charge; Meter Maintenance Charge, Consumption Charge; Billing and Metering Charge and/or Reconnection Charge.
If the sub-meter has not been measured due to the actions of the Lot Owner or your actions, and you request us to replace the estimated Water Consumption Charge invoice with an actual Water Consumption Charge invoice, we will comply with your request but may charge you any cost we incur in doing so.
