Consumption Charge definition

Consumption Charge means the volume of water used multiplied by the Consumption Rate;
Consumption Charge means the charge billed customers per hundred gallons of metered water each month. The Consumption Charge is based on meter size and monthly Consumption Block as shown in Fees and Charges, Section 48-208.004.
Consumption Charge means the monthly charge to the Customer for the Ton Hours (TR-Hrs) used in the preceding month as measured by the cooling meter and calculated at the prevailing Consumption rate (AED / RTH); Cooling Services means the services provided by the DCP; Customer means the person owning and/or residing in the Unit and being the contractual partner of the Service Provider with regard to this Agreement; District Cooling Provider ("DCP") means the provider of chilled water for the purposes of air-conditioning of the Unit; Fuel Sur-Charge means charges by a utility provider to adjust the electricity and water tariff for all DCP customers; Heat Loss means the net decrease in BTUs within a given space by heat transmission through spaces around windows, doors, etc.; Invoice means the ▇▇▇▇ sent by the Service Provider to the Customer reflecting the amount the Customer needs to pay for chilled water services; Metering Services means the administration of BTU Meters (i.e. reading, validation, billing, and customer service), the maintenance of BTU Meters as well as the receipt and handling of payments the Service Provider under this Agreement; Owner means the owner of the Unit; RT means Refrigeration Ton; RTH means Refrigeration Ton measured in hours; The Service Provider means Three60 Energy LLC or any other nominated third party service provider; and Unit means the premises as defined in section "I. Customer" of this Agreement.

Examples of Consumption Charge in a sentence

  • Charges means our current standard tariffs and charges for the provision of Cooling Services, as displayed on our website and amended by us from time to time, and may include (without limitation): Meter Installation Charge; Meter Maintenance Charge, Consumption Charge; Billing and Metering Charge and/or Reconnection Charge.

  • If the sub-meter has not been measured due to the actions of the Lot Owner or your actions, and you request us to replace the estimated Water Consumption Charge invoice with an actual Water Consumption Charge invoice, we will comply with your request but may charge you any cost we incur in doing so.

  • Tenant shall pay the fees of the Consultant making all other surveys if such survey results in an increase in the Electrical Consumption Charge, which increase is not caused by an increase in the Electric Rate.

  • The Consumption Charge shall be due and payable each month in arrears.

  • If electrical consumption exceeds the requirement of normal office use as specified above (such as in a computer room), Lessor reserves the right to include and Lessee shall pay upon receipt of invoice, a charge (herein called "Excess Consumption Charge") based on the average cost per unit of electri- city for the Office Complex applied to the excess use determined by an engineer selected by Lessor and/or by submeter.

Consumption Charge means a levy based on actual consumption of the water being supplied by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo;
