Consumer Law definition

Consumer Law means the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Consumer Law means the Competition and Consumer Xxx 0000 (Cth), and particularly Schedule 2 thereto, the Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW), the Trade Practices Xxx 0000 (Cth), any accompanying regulations to those statutes, and the common law relating to consumer transactions, including but not limited to the sale of goods and the issue of misleading and deceptive conduct, and any equivalent, similar or alternative statutes, legislation, regulations, ordinates, codes, or law in any other jurisdiction.
Consumer Law means the Sale of Goods Act 1908, the Consumer Guarantees Act, and the Fair Trading Act 1986, and any other relevant legislation relating to consumers.
